Our team is a fun-loving group of professionals with a shared passion for the automotive world. Outside of work, you will find our people hunting, fishing, wrenching on personal builds, and spending time with their families. That same energy carries into the shop every day.

When Absolute expanded to its new facility on 42nd Street in Springfield in December 2025, the entire team made the move together. That kind of loyalty does not happen by accident.
